Dosage:

Depending on which Methylene Blue you purchased from us, it will be either 1%, or 2% concentration.

1% Concentration: 1mL of the product (20 drops) contains 10mg of Methylene Blue.

2% Concentration: Twice as strong, meaning all measurements can be cut in half. 10 drops contains 10mg of Methylene Blue.

Recommended Dose: 5-15mg daily to start. Consult medical professional for proper dosage.

How To Use: Administer drops onto tongue, or mix in water, juice, or smoothie.
